Drag Welles into Applications. Open Settings → Command Line Tool when you want the Terminal command.

The standard DMG includes Welles.app, the native CLI binary, and bundled quick-start docs. The PKG installs Welles into Applications and puts welles in /usr/local/bin automatically. Welles can remove that symlink later without touching unrelated tools.
